Kinetico® - Water Softener

Kinetico® Incorporated, a worldwide leader in water treatment systems, approached Balance to assist them in the development of an innovative water softening appliance. The technology involved was so new and unique that, when faced with the design and usability aspects of the 2040C, Kinetico® returned to the people who had provided support during many other successful product development programs with them in the past. They wanted the design of this new unit to reflect the technology of the systems and components contained within.

Balance provided pertinent design input which encompassed not only the styling, but innovative details and features corresponding to manufacturing, assembly, cost reduction, quality control, and ergonomics.

The resulting production unit truly sets itself apart from its competitors, and excels on many levels, including appearance and performance.
