Balance was tasked with rethinking how people use ATMs, while keeping the experience familiar and accessible enough that customers would feel comfortable using the new machines.
Balance worked closely with the Euro-Pro engineering team to design around a multi-functional cooking system they developed. Much thought was given to how to make these functions accessible. In addition, we took great care in creating touch points that were not only ‘Ninja,’ but also provided a safe barrier against hot surfaces.
Mace Security International approached Balance to help them develop a more clear understanding of the competitive landscape, as well as consumer perceptions, wants, needs and behaviors. Because Mace is a consumer product that is primarily sold through retail and e-tail outlets, Mace needed to understand their customers as well as their potential consumers.
